Charity Projects 

Dr Azudialu-Obiejesi is the Founder and Chairman of the Obijackson Foundation, which seeks to alleviate poverty through a number of empowerment projects. The Obijackson Foundation’s intervention pillars include Healthcare, Education, Agriculture and Social Welfare. The Foundation owns The Obijackson Women and Children’s Hospital (OWCH) Okija is a state-of-the-art paediatric care hospital – the first of its kind in Eastern Nigeria catering for the healthcare needs of hundreds of children. Facilities at this centre include – Pediatric Surgery, Neonatal Intensive Care Unit, ambulatory Care, Oxygen plant services and more. The hospital provides full range pediatric medical services tailored to individual needs in a safe and reassuring environment.

The Obijackson Foundation is also the brain behind “The face of Okija Cultural Festival’’. Rather than the usual emphasis on physical beauty in regular pageants, the Face Okija Cultural Pageant seeks the pursuit true African values and morals in the youth. Participants are expected to showcase unique African beauty, intelligence and diverse talents or abilities. The initiative is a ground breaking effort to encourage Nigerian youths to imbibe positive African values.
